About LGI
Empowering young leaders to build the Nigeria we all deserve.
Lead Generation Initiative is a non-partisan, non-profit organization founded in 2020 to cultivate youth interest in governance, social inclusion, and democratic participation across Nigeria.
Who we are
A movement, an institution, a nationwide network.
LGI is dedicated to empowering young people to transform creativity, energy, and aspirations into sustainable community impact. We believe every young Nigerian deserves a voice that shapes the nation’s future.
Through community-focused programs, mentorship, and structured leadership pathways, we equip youth and women to lead change, strengthen civic responsibility, and build lasting systems that drive good governance and national development.
Our nationwide footprint spans 12 zonal heads, 74 state and FCT coordinators, and grassroots focal points down to the ward level, supporting over 13,000 active members and an extended reach of 2.7 million young Nigerians.
